The Program is a combination of a low calorie diet and the ketogenic principle, and includes prepared food formulas and a carbohydrate and calorie reduced diet. The benefits of this Program in conjunction with carbohydrate restriction include: 1) rapid weight loss and 2) the body goes into the natural fat burning process of ketosis.
