Eyebrow PiercingAn eyebrow piercing is a type of body piercing that is usually placed vertically in the eyebrow. They are a facial piercing that has become increasingly more common over the past few years. The piercing may be placed anywhere along the length of the eyebrow from the very outside edge to directly above the bridge of the nose. The most common placement is slightly off centre vertically from where the iris of the eye would measure vertically up to the eyebrow.
Eyebrow piercing usually take six to eight weeks to heal. As they are not easily irritated, this type of piercing is one of the safest facial piercing that you can get in order to avoid complication. Piercing done on the eyebrow also heal fast if you decide you do not like it. The holes in these types of facial piercing usually heal and close up within twenty-four to forty eight hours of removing the jewellery.
Like all piercing, ornamental eyebrow piercing can be of almost any metal with the friendliest metal being titanium.
