They say that beauty can come from within literally if you feed yourself a good healthy organic diet. Exercise is also considered an inner beauty treatment and so are certain types of massage which are said to invigorate the internal organs and cause the skin to look more beautiful. A classic form of exercise that can be considered to be an inner beauty treatment is yoga.

Yet another type of inner beauty treatment is to cultivate a sweet spirit and soul. The theory is that beauty comes from the glowing of an inner self that is not poisoned with emotions like resentment or bitterness. This is the originating concept behind the phrase “Beauty comes from within.”
