Urban Boot Camp is an outdoor training program that involves different workout routines which will burn fat, tone up your body & increase your fitness.

You will enjoy an outdoor challenging fitness course which caters for all fitness levels, and with our experienced Boot Camp instructors, rest in the confidence that you are in good hands.

 

What is Urban Boot Camp?

 

Our mission is to wipe out the idea of exercise being a chore rather making it a fun and exciting experience. We train in groups which help you gain motivation and drive the experience to higher level. Every session is different and more challenging than the previous helping you to succeed in achieving your goals. Our sessions run for an hour three times a week for six weeks, these are run at different parks around Sydney giving you a variety of locations and days to choose from.*.

When you choose Urban Boot Camp you will also be given an eating plan which will ensure that you WILL see results.

**The Sessions commence at following times**:

>6:00 am

>12:15 pm.

>7:00 pm

1) What is Urban Boot Camp?

Urban Bootcamp is an outdoor training program that involves different workouts which will burn fat, tone up your body and increase your fitness. The participants are also given nutritional guides to increase the speed of the results. The course runs 3 days a week for 6 weeks, at different times at different locations.

2) What if I am unfit and cannot keep up with the others?

Fitness develops over time and individuals are enlisting at differing fitness levels. We cater for all fitness levels within the program.

3) Is Boot Camp for me?

Yes! We have all ages and abilities in the program and as we are committed to improving your fitness levels and assisting you to achieve your goals.

4) How much is it?

Urban Boot Camp is $180 for 18 sessions, held over a 6 week period. Please contact us on 1300 765 245 for payment options. Or Email us at team@urbanbootcamp.com.au. Payment needs to be arranged prior to commencing the Boot Camp program.

5) What testing will be done?

You will undergo a weight and fitness test on day one and day 18. This consists of measurements & Blood pressure.

6) Will I lose weight and tone up?

Yes! As long as you have the determination, we will supply the tool to achieve this and motivate you to keep going. Anything is achievable!

7) Where and how will I be participating?

We conduct our sessions at various park venues around NSW & Melbourne. If we do not provide a Boot Camp Class in your state please notify us and we may arrange this. Generally each session begins with a structured warm up activity, followed by a workout that will leave you wanting more! We will finish the workout with a stretching session that will help to improve flexibility. Each session aims to last one hour so be prepared!

8) What if the weather doesn't suit me?

At Urban Bootcamp, we are determined for you to see results, and it is because of this that our determined instructors will be running the courses rain, hail, or shine. Ensuring you get all the necessary work done to see the changes you want.
