Storage, Storage, and more Storage. Aren't we tired from just dieting and exercising. Cutting back on foods we love, and huffing and puffing at the gym. We apply all this effort, and somehow, the weight continues.
Our body is a wonderful machine if we learn how to use it. It stores and saves the same way as our PC does. Processing data each second of the day allocating information to specific areas. These areas are our thighs.
So imagine all the things we had no time for, things that we resented, or made us mad and angry. Those feelings and thoughts are stored for us to retrieved at a later date. By doing this, our body gives us the chance to consider what was the big fuss about. An opportunity to see how that event really served us in hindsight.

Simply put, cardiovascular training is mainly for fat-burning. Strength training, weightlifting, etc is to gain muscle mass. I don't think your calves and thighs are bulky because of cardio. Just get to a proper body fat percentage through proper diet and a good variable cardio routine.

Try your best to include protein in every one of your meals. What protein does is cause the release of glucagon, which is a hormone that can counter a lot of the fat storing insulin properties. Exercise as frequently as often. It is important that you incorporate exercise with your weight loss plan. If you want to lose thigh fat in 2 weeks you should include weights in your exercise workout.
