Back Cleanse CanberraThere is nothing so refreshing a good back cleanse administered by a professional in a spa or a salon. That is because no matter how hard we try to scrub our own backs it is just a very hard place to reach even with a brush with a long handle.
A back cleanse can be done with a special salt scrub (often enhanced with essential oils) or it can be done using mud. Sometimes the back is best cleansed with a mud pack of some kind. Exposing the back to far infrared heat, sauna based heat or steam can also help get the back clean because heat helps open the pores so impurities are allowed to escape from the body.
Sometimes plant extracts that contain exfoilants can also be used to cleanse the back as well. A Vitamin A, citrus or milk based lotion might also be applied to gently exfoliate the surface skin cells that are dead.
A dried plant called the loofah is often used in spas to cleanse the back. This long tubular shaped plant that comes from the sea is a natural way to give the skin a good scrubbing without risk of any bacterial infection.
