Diet Products PerthThere are all kinds of different diet products on the market but the majority of them are designed to help you lose water weight and not real poundage. This is particular true of Chinese teas and weight loss pills that contain such diuretics as dandelion leaf and green tea. Although you will lose weight using these products you often will gain it back shortly afterwards.
Another popular diet product is hoodia, which allows cuts off hanger pangs completely. Ephedra is a similar drug, which speeds up the metabolism and is a mood elevator at the same time. Ephedra also works by cutting off hunger pangs. However you should be forewarned that ephedra was considered to be a dangerous drug at one time (one that could cause heart attacks) and it was only recently allowed back on drugstore shelves by the U.S. FDA.
However the most common of the diet product ingredients is caffeine. It is found in almost every type of product to do with dieting including “diet waters.” Caffeine is also a mood elevator and a diuretic. There have also been studies done that show that caffeine consumption may help manage the look of cellulite.
