One popular penile enlargement operation is called girth enlargement. In this operation silicone is injected into the penis to make it wider and thicker. This is supposed to be more effective than penile enlargement where the silicone is injected into the tip of the penis or an operation is done to separate the penis from the pelvis and reconstructed.
