Natural therapies usually employ water,much, massage, salts and other ingredients to create a more beautiful, healthy or youthful appearance. If any type of tool is used it is also natural, like a loofah, and not the product of electricity or manufacturing.
Massage with hot stones is a good example of a natural therapy that deals with physical ailments. Salt may be used as an exfoilant (rather than a laser or dermabrasion unit) to exfoliate the skin. Herbs instead of chemicals may be used to heal and soothe the skin.
Hydrotherapy, where an individual alternates between hot and cool pools of water as well as sauna or steam treatements is also considered to be a popular natural therapy. Both massage and water therapies are standard natural therapies at most spa facilities.
