It means the elimination of all hair in the entire area of the genitals. There is also no hair left on the front of the pubic bone once the waxing job is complete.

Usually the pain lasts just a few seconds during the tearing off of the strips of the body. Any post waxing pain can usually be taken care of with anti-inflammatory pain relievers like Paxil.
